Me and my wee girl
There's not very many pictures of me and my wee girl. But these are really sweet and we had fun playing with the camera and trying out. The very first thing I notice on the picture of us is our eyes colour. Blue eyes and Brown eyes.

Our swimming pool
We swim daily without fail and when weather permitting. We try to invite family and friends over on weekend to share the fun of our pool, to have cook out and to have company. The more, the merrier. I always thought that was true.

Mexican dinner!
My senor was born in Mexico but emigrated to the good ol' USA when he was a wee boy so he's an American through and through but has a taste for Mexican food. So I made him his favorite mexican dish, chile rellenos with rice, beans, and steak. You'll see as you scroll down the pictures of work in progress of making the chile rellenos.

These are poblano peppers charred, peeled and seeded.

The poblano peppers being stuffed with shredded mexican cheese and dried cranberries.

The peppers being fried!

My lovely looking chile rellenos. The red sauce for the chile rellenos are slowly being simmered.

Look at the mess I made! Grrr! And I have to clean them up but not now.. After I am done, for who know I may make more mess! :0)

My dear senor has already eaten most of his dinner before I realized I forgot to picture the Mexican dinner! Yikes! He loves sliced banana with his rice. I could never get the hang of it. Our wee kids do!

Ahh, this is my plate and I've only taken a few bites. Green sauce on steak is a yum yum. This is my dear senor's favorite mexican dish. It's always chile rellenos with rice and beans. But the steak can be interchangeable with chicken tacos or enchildas.
I've become an expert(?) on making many mexican dishes. Some my senor has never eaten growing up but grown to love 'em and demand that they are part of our menu every now and then.

Peach and cherry pie? Anyone?
Pies? Yum! Yes! Of course I have to make them first.

My wee girl giggling into the camera trying to cajole me to having one of those cherries I was pitting for the pie.

Of course, I gave her some!

The good looking pie ready to be popped into the hot oven.

My wee boy munching on his toy car trying to decide if he want some cherries.

My pie came out looking so good that we ate for our dessert after a yummy mexican dinner. In the background, that's me and my darling senor down in Cancun, Mexico on our 2nd honeymoon the same year we married.
We still have some pie left, do you want some? Giggling...

Do you have a tail?
This was hilarious.
This is the blue robot dog. Our wee kids' speech therapist came over and brought her dog along so they can name the part of the dog's body and say it properly. Like saying eyes, nose, mouth, ears, etc. She asked our kids where theirs are and they would point to themselves or at each other.
Anyway, the speech therapist asked my girl where's your tail? My girl shook her head and said no tail but she nodded and pointed to her brother saying he has a tail. The speech therapist puzzled asked he has a tail? where? My girl promptly point to his crotch and said this is his tail.
So the blue dog and my wee boy has a tail. LOL

my wee kids
There are time where I've time to....
There are time where I've time to sit down at the computer.
There are time where I've time to play with our kids.
There are time where I've time to swim in our pool.
There are time where I've time to talk and love my dear sweet senor.
There are time where I've time to pet our pets.
There are time where I've time to take pictures.
There are time where I've time to read.
There are time where I've time to sew or crochet.
There are time where I've time to bake.
There are time where I've time to VP and chat away.
There are time for soo many things and yet do I get to do them all?
