Father's Day Pool Cookout

On Father's day recently, we had a pool cookout here. It was a really beautiful day. Perfect Weather! It was a really nice family gathering. Uncle Jose was in town on a layover trip from Puerto Rico then onward back home to Iowa. He stopped here to visit his Mama Lola, his children, Heather/Frank and Allison and of course, us. My senor's 3 older children were here as well. The boys brought their girlfriend.

We had build your own kabob kind of cook out. So you pick out what you wanted to eat. Chicken and steak. All the vegetables. It look so colorful. Heather and Allison brought rice and watermelon. Perfect combination. Of course we had several different kind of salsas for the tortilla chips. It was yummy and fun!
